Goodness Gracious! This baby is on the move and into everything! He just chats up a storm as he crawls around and gets into everything. He has burned up so much energy this week that I had to break back out the 3-6 month clothes because his britches were falling down! He is just zooming around all over the place. He pulls up onto everything now and is just cruising all over the place.
He is getting to be a very proficient Cheerio eater. In fact he gets mad when I don't put them out onto his tray. One day this week he was so fussy during meal time (he wants to feed himself but we won't let him) that Chris gave him his pickle. We expected him to spit it out and cringe, but instead he cringed and kept on going at it. I've never seen him eat real food with such voracity like that before. He appears to like pickles as much as his daddy.
So Mr. Busy also has started this climbing reflex when he is standing up - a little something he picked up from my gene pool - and so we had to drop his crib down to the lowest setting. He seems to really enjoy "playing" in his little bed. I forgot to mention last week that while his grandparents were babysitting him - he was standing up in his crib and fell asleep standing up!
This was just too cute not to post - he fell asleep on our bed after bathtime.
